I CAN Relief runs several orphanages in a number of
different communities. Each orphanage is run by the community's widows. A
home is purchased or rented by I CAN Relief and widows care for the
community's orphans. The widows and orphans are supported entirely by I
CAN Relief. The widows are not paid for their service; they donate their
time and love and in return are provided with food, shelter, and medical
care. The cost to provide a community with this service is approximately
$25 per widow/orphan each month. |
